Ways to log in

You can report the loss, theft or misuse of payment cards or e/mBanking through the following communication channels:

  • By calling the Bank's Contact Center 0800 101015 , which is available 24/7
  • By sending an electronic message (email) to the bank at the email address of the bank's Contact Center kontakt.centar@aikbank.rs
  • By submitting an application through Objection
  • By visiting the nearest AikBank branch in person - Locations
Note : To urgently report the loss, theft or misuse of payment cards or e/mBanking, we recommend that you contact the Contact Center immediately, so that measures can be taken to protect your account/payment card.

When do I report misuse of a payment instrument?

You report abuse when a transaction is made without your knowledge or consent – ​​e.g. stolen card, unauthorized access to electronic or mobile banking.

When do I report a fraudulent transaction?

You report a fraudulent transaction when you initiated the transaction yourself, but later realized that you were scammed or misled – e.g. fake calls, phishing messages, false investment offers.

Why is it important that I make a difference?

Distinguishing between abuse and fraudulent transactions helps the Bank to implement appropriate procedures and ensure the protection of client rights in the most efficient manner.
