A fraud attempt has been observed in which third parties falsely pose as banking advisors or technical support, and ask you to install remote access applications, such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC, and similar.
We warn you that AikBank is not behind these actions, and that we will never ask you to install such applications.
We remind you to never share your access parameters for online applications (username, password, PIN, OTP codes) or card data .
If you have already installed such an application or suspect misuse , you need to immediately remove the remote access application from your device and contact us through official channels in order to change your access parameters for online banking or report payment card misuse:
- by going to the nearest AikBank branch
- by calling the Contact Center at 0800 10 10 15
- by submitting a complaint via the official website: www.aikbank.rs
- by sending an e-mail to the address: ompravori@aikbank.rs
