We remind you that transactions in which payments are made in connection with games of chance organized by foreign legal entities through an online platform are prohibited, because they are not authorized to organize games of chance in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Games of chance represent an activity that is strictly regulated by law due to the high degree of risk it carries, especially with regard to the application of regulations on the prevention of money laundering, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

The law stipulates that they can be organized only with prior approval, that is, the consent of the competent authority of the Republic of Serbia, i.e. Gaming Authority. Any arrangement of games of chance without such approval or consent is considered illegal.

Online payments in connection with games of chance organized by foreign organizers without approval, i.e. consent for the organization of games of chance in the Republic of Serbia are transactions that indirectly or directly support the illegal participation and organization of games of chance.
