We would like to inform you that an increased number of fraud attempts have been observed via SMS and iMessage messages in which fraudsters present themselves as AikBank.
In the messages, citizens are informed about the alleged possession of points that need to be used in order to receive a free prize. In order to use the points, it is necessary to access the link ie. a fake site that looks like a copy of the AikBank site.
Please note that the Bank never offers programs to exchange points for rewards.
- If you receive a suspicious message, please take the following steps to protect your personal and financial information: check who the sender is - AikBank is always the sender in the SMS messages it sends, the phone number is never used;
- do not open links from unverified messages;
- do not enter payment card data: card number, PIN and CVC2 code from the back of the card.
If you opened the link or entered data, immediately contact the bank's Contact Center on 0800 101015 or visit the nearest AikBank branch.
