The new bank, under the name AikBank ad Beograd, is the third largest on the market
AIK Banka has successfully completed the process of merging Eurobank Direktna and as of today the merged bank operates under the new name AikBank ad Beograd and with a new visual identity. With total assets of EUR 6.4 billion and a loan portfolio of EUR 3.7 billion*, AikBank is the third largest bank in Serbia.
As a reminder, this domestic bank became the owner of Eurobank Direktna Banka in November 2023, and before that, AIK Banka acquired Alpha Bank (2017) and Sberbank (2022), clearly demonstrating its ambition for growth and development. With the official merger of business systems, AikBank continues its expansion and modernization in the domestic financial market.
