- In safes, you can store personal documents, contracts, securities, valuables, works of art and other items permitted by law.
- Safes can be rented quarterly, for a period of half a year or for a full year, after which the contract must be renewed if you wish to continue using this service.
- The safe can only be accessed by the user or an authorized person with personal identification and a key.
- The service is available to domestic and foreign natural persons.
- The rental fee depends on the size of the safe and is calculated and charged in accordance with the Bank's Tariff , in a one-time fee.

How much does it cost to rent a safe?
The rental price depends on the size of the safe and the duration of the rental (quarterly, semi-annual or annual). The rental of a safe is charged according to the Bank's current Tariff List , and all information can be obtained at AikBank branches with available safes or by calling the AikBank Contact Center at 0800 10 10 15 .
What can I keep in a safe?
In safes, you can store documents, contracts, securities, valuables, works of art and other items permitted by law.
Can the safe be used by strangers or multiple people?
Yes, foreign citizens can rent a safe deposit box. It is also possible for the safe deposit box user to authorize another person to access the safe deposit box, upon submission of the necessary documentation.
How safe is it to store things in a safe?
Storing valuables in AikBank safes is completely safe. Safes are protected by the most modern security systems. Access to the safe is exclusively granted to the user or an authorized person, with identification and a key, while privacy and discretion of use are guaranteed.
When can I access the safe?
Access to the safe is possible during the working hours of the branch where the safe is located.
Do I need to announce my arrival and access the safe where I keep my belongings?
Yes, please call your advisor at the branch where you use the safe deposit box within 24 hours before your planned visit and access to the safe deposit box.
How is a contract concluded?
The rental agreement is concluded at the branch where the safe is used with a valid personal document.
For what period can I rent a safe?
The safe can be rented for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months. After the expiration of that period, if the user wishes to continue using the safe, they need to sign a new contract.
