Security without compromise

We use two-factor authentication - you log in to Aik eBanking by entering your username and password, and then confirm each transaction with a code that we send you via SMS to the number you registered with AikBank.

If you fail to log in to your eBanking after three attempts, your account will be automatically blocked for a certain period for your security.

Which payment code should I enter if I transfer money to the account of a natural person?

Use the code 289, which stands for "transactions on behalf of citizens".

If I send an order by mistake, can I cancel it?

Yes - if the order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it yourself from the application.

If the order has been processed, the bank may cancel it after you fill out the form.

How do I start using electronic banking?

Submit a request at the nearest AikBank branch, after which you will receive an SMS containing a LIB (personal identification number) with which you activate the service.

The next step is to create your user account on the login page, ( login ), where you specify the username and password that you will use in the future.

When I transfer money to someone via electronic and/or mobile banking, how long will it take for the money to be in their account?

If your accounts are in the same bank, the money will be immediately available.

If your accounts are in different banks, and you have chosen the instant payment option, the money will be available within a few seconds.

If your accounts are in different banks and you have not selected the instant payment option, the money will be available within a few hours.

What is the difference between electronic and mobile banking?

Both options provide you with almost identical functionality. Aik eBanking can be used on computers, while the Aik mBanking application is adapted for use on smartphones and tablet devices.
