The plots are located next to the southwest side of the E-70 highway (Belgrade - Zagreb) and before the toll gate at the exit from Belgrade near the settlement of Šimanovaci. In addition to being located not far from the E-70 highway, the subject property is also located in the immediate vicinity of the Šimanovci - Vojka - Stara Pazova road, as well as the regional road Pećinci - Ruma. It is important to note that the plots are located 35 km from the center of Belgrade, 15 km from the center of the municipality of Pećinci, and 14 km from Nikola Tesla Airport.
The subject cadastral plots are rectangular in shape and border the surrounding plots. They are not the first plots to the highway, nor to the local road, so their visibility is slightly worse. The subject site is equipped with complete internal roads. A high-voltage cable has been installed along the very edges of the plot for the purpose of connecting new consumers. A supply optical cable has also been installed.
By amending the General Regulation Plan, part of plot 1750/3 has been designated for public purposes (retention).
