All operations related to e-Bills - their creation, issuance, storage, transfer, submission for collection and deletion - will be performed in one location, in the Central Registry of Electronic Bills of Exchange (CReM portal). The CReM portal is accessed via an e-banking solution, and all activities on the portal itself require a qualified electronic signature (ConsentID application of the Office for IT and e-Government).
In addition to eBill, you can continue to use paper bills, under the same conditions as before.
The Bank will collect fees for executed actions by e-bills of exchange from March 1, 2026.
